This is an 800x600 pixel reduction, from a 3600x2400 scan, of the original 35mm color slide. It has been saved at 50:1 JPEG compression. It is a time exposure of auto traffic around the Coliseum in Rome, from an elevated walkway across from the forum. Shot with a 50mm lens, on Ektachrome, in September 1972.
